Frequently asked questions

How it works

Do I need to install software?

No. Everything runs server-side. You connect your accounts from the browser and that is it. Nothing is installed on your machine and nothing runs during your stream.

Does it slow my stream down?

No. The system does not run on your computer and uses neither your processor nor your bandwidth. It reads your channel's public chat from our servers.

How many clips per stream?

It depends entirely on your chat activity. A quiet stream may produce none, a very reactive one may produce a dozen. You then set a daily publishing limit.

What if detection gets it wrong?

That is exactly what the review queue is for. A clip you do not like is removed in one click, and the video file is erased straight away.

Can I edit a clip before publishing?

You can approve it, delete it or reschedule it. Fine editing is not available: the deliberate choice is that the edit should be good enough to ship as is, and if it is not, the clip does not deserve to be published.

Accounts and ownership

Who owns the clips?

You do. They come from your stream, are published on your account, under your name. We claim no rights over them.

Do you publish my clips elsewhere?

Only if you agreed to it at sign-up. That option lets your best moments appear on our curation accounts, which brings you visibility. It is optional and reversible at any time.

Do I have to give you my TikTok password?

Never. Login goes through TikTok's official screen, which returns an authorisation limited to publishing. We never see your credentials.

How do I cut off access?

From your TikTok account settings, in the authorised applications section, or by deleting your account with us. Either way publishing stops immediately.

Data and privacy

What do you store?

Your channel name, your TikTok identifier, the encrypted authorisation token, and clips awaiting publication. The chat messages analysed are not retained.

How long do you keep videos?

For as long as review and publication require. Once a clip is published or rejected, its file is deleted immediately.

Can I ask for my data to be deleted?

Yes, write to us and the request is handled within thirty days at most, in practice much sooner.

Where is the data hosted?

On servers located in the European Union.
